Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will assist the CEO and Management Team.
The Job Holder is a detail-oriented and organized person who plays a critical role within the Organization and Management of the Business, supporting the CEO to be more organized and effective. This role involves managing sensitive and confidential information.




Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheet)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and document management
Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with HR processes and principles is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
Strong written and verbal English language
